Using Face Rater

Use Face Rater only with photographs you own or have permission to process. The service generates image reports about the visible presentation in a photograph. Do not use it to harass people, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content.

Understanding a report

Scores, chart values and advice are generated interpretations of one image. They are subjective and can vary across generations, lighting, pose and styling. Reports are not scientific measurements, population rankings, medical advice or measures of a person's worth. Suggested photo and style changes are optional. AI-generated text or images can contain mistakes.

Credits and purchases

New accounts receive 10 credits by default. Each report generation consumes 10 credits, including repeat generations. One-time credit packs are priced in USD, with the current price and credit amount displayed before checkout. Purchased credits do not expire. The order records the price and credits at checkout, so later catalog changes do not alter an existing order.

When generation fails, the credits consumed for that task are returned once. A temporary connection problem does not necessarily mean generation failed. If submission cannot be recovered within the task deadline, the task is ended and the credits are returned. For payment or credit questions, contact support.

Download and availability

There is no permanent report history. Download your result within 24 hours. Temporary task access expires, and expired settled tasks are cleaned up. See our privacy policy for upload and task handling. Service availability and generation time can vary.

Contact contact@facerater.net with an order reference for billing questions. Do not send API keys or other credentials in support messages.
