Photos and generated reports

Face Rater creates subjective photo and personal-style reports. The photo you select is first previewed in your browser. A temporary browser draft may be kept for up to 30 minutes so you can return after signing in or paying. It is cleared after submission; expired drafts are discarded when the tool is opened again.

When you generate a report, your photo is sent through our server to WaveSpeed for processing. We do not create a permanent photo library or store the generated image file on our server. WaveSpeed's upload service retains input files for 7 days before automatically deleting them. Its processing and output handling are governed by the provider's policies; our lack of a permanent photo library does not mean the provider has zero retention.

We keep temporary task information, including the selected prompt, generation settings, provider task identifier and result URL, to return your result and handle failures. Access expires after 24 hours. Scheduled cleanup removes expired settled tasks. At expiry, image URLs and prompts are cleared even if a refund still needs recovery. Only the minimal bookkeeping needed to finish that refund is retained until it is completed, then removed. There is no report-history page. Download results while they are available.

Account, credits and payments

We store account information needed to sign you in, along with order and credit records needed to operate purchases, grants and refunds. Those financial records are retained independently of temporary report tasks and do not contain photos, report URLs or full generation prompts. Payment providers handle payment details; we do not store full card numbers.

Access and disclosure

Task access and report downloads require the account that created the task. API credentials remain on the server. Service providers receive the information necessary to deliver authentication, payments, email and image generation. Public examples are configured separately; user uploads are not automatically published in the example gallery.

Cookies and optional services

Authentication uses cookies. Language, current task and temporary draft information may use browser storage. If the site operator enables analytics or customer-support tools, their providers may receive usage information under their respective policies.

Your choices

Only upload images you have permission to use. You can remove a selected photo before submitting it, download a completed report, or contact us about your account and data. Clearing this site's browser data also clears its local drafts.
